Docucorp Expands Stock Repurchase Program

Docucorp International(R) (Nasdaq:DOCC), a leading
provider of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions, today
announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of
up to one million shares of the Company's common stock.
   "We believe that repurchasing shares of our common stock is an
appropriate means of increasing value to our shareholders," said
Michael D. Andereck, Docucorp's president and chief executive officer.
"Since the inception of our stock repurchase program in 1998, Docucorp
has repurchased a total of 9.8 million shares at an average price of
$5.39 per share."
   Docucorp will continue to repurchase shares from time to time,
depending on market conditions, in the open market and in privately
negotiated transactions.
