Docucorp International(R) (Nasdaq:DOCC), a leading
provider of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions,
announced today that Airtricity has implemented Docucorp's end-to-end
bill print solution, which will be hosted by Adare Lexicon, Docucorp's
preferred print and fulfillment partner for the United Kingdom and
Ireland.
Airtricity, Ireland's largest renewable energy company, will use
the solution to create, manage, print and deliver personalized
correspondence and bills to more than 45,000 customers.
Airtricity required a robust and scalable solution that would
support the company's future business growth and integrate seamlessly
with its current CIS system. The entire implementation was completed
within a five-month time frame.
"By outsourcing the bill print production process, we have
improved our operational efficiencies and reduced costs," said David
Brown, sales and marketing director, Airtricity. "With the new
solution, we can ensure that all communications are consistent with
corporate branding guidelines, while reporting mechanisms enable us to
track the printing and fulfillment of every production run."
"Airtricity now has the ability to generate new revenue by
incorporating dynamic marketing messages in their customer
communications," said Tracy Robinson, vice president and managing
director, Docucorp EMEA. "Outsourcing has enabled Airtricity to save
significant time and money, while allowing them to focus on their core
competency -- selling energy."
