On November 10, 2022, Akili, Inc. (the “Company”) reported its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2022. A copy of the press release issued in connection with the report is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
