Registrant hereby announces that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (" AGM "), originally scheduled to take place on June 28, 2012 (see Registrant's report on Form 6-K furnished to the Securities and Exchanges Commission on May 24, 2012), is postponed to a different date and will not take place on June 28, 2012. The Registrant will file a notice with the new AGM date and other relevant information, once determined.
