defibrillators, today announced plans to release its results for the second
quarter and six months ended June 30, 2005 at the close of market on Wednesday,
August 3, 2005.  The Company's management will host a conference call to be
broadcast live on the Internet at 1:00 pm EDT the following day, Thursday,
August 4.
