(NASDAQ:DFIB), a leading manufacturer of life-saving automated public access
defibrillators, today announced plans to release its results for the first
quarter ended March 31, 2005, at 1:30 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, April 27, 2005.
The Company's management will host a conference call to be broadcast live on
the Internet at 12:00 noon EDT that day.
