Dectron Internationale closes financing arrangements totaling CDN $20 million

MONTREAL, July 19  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dectron Internationale Inc. (NASDAQ:DECTNASDAQ:/NASDAQ:TSX:NASDAQ:DTL) announced today that it had finalized 2 separate financing arrangements totaling CDN $20,000,000.

The Company announced that it had refinanced its primary operating line with a CDN $15 million secured operating facility with HSBC Bank Canada.

The Company also announced that it had closed a CDN $5 million term loan from The Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC).

Glenn La Rusic, Chief Financial Officer of Dectron Internationale says "these loans, which significantly improve our working capital position, will allow us to continue to meet our delivery targets on our unprecedented order backlog".
