Results of Operation and Financial Condition.

On February 15, 2012, DDi Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating results for the three and twelve month periods ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.

 

Item 8.01

Other Events.

On February 13, 2012, the Company completed the purchase of an existing approximately 96,000 square foot building in Anaheim, California, for $7.5 million, into which the Company plans to relocate its corporate headquarters and Anaheim manufacturing operations during 2012.
