On November 4, 2010, The Dress Barn, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its sales results for its fiscal first quarter ended October 30, 2010.  A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
