NEW YORK, Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- QED International Associates Inc., administrator for the HealthShares(TM) Exchange-Traded Funds, a series of 20 underlying fund portfolios, today announced that effective at the opening of trading on Thursday November 8, 2007 Given Imaging, Ltd. (NASDAQ:GIVN) will replace Dade Behring Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:DADE), in the HealthShares(TM) Diagnostics Index, and Inverness Medical Innovations (AMEX:IMA) will replace DADE in the HealthShares(TM) Composite Index. Dade Behring is being acquired by Siemens, Inc.
