      Dade Behring Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:DADE), the world's largest company

      company's board of directors has declared its tenth consecutive cash 
      dividend. Shareholders of record as of August 31, 2007 will receive five 
      cents per common share of stock, payable on September 17, 2007.
