  CryoPort, Inc. (OTCBB: CYRXD) (NASDAQ: CYPT) today announced that it has decided to postpone its contemplated
public offering of units, each unit consisting of one share of common stock
and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock, due to unfavorable
market conditions.
