CVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: CVBF) announced a twelve cent ($0.12) per share cash dividend with respect to the first quarter of 2017. The dividend was approved at the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting held on March 22, 2017. The dividend will be payable on or about April 19, 2017 to shareholders of record as of April 5, 2017.
