DOWNINGTOWN, Pa., April 20  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Philadelphia Corporation
for Investment Services has promoted Jack Brooks to the newly created Director
of Sales position.

efforts."

Mr. Brooks holds a B.S. degree from James Madison University and received his
Certified Retirement Counselor designation from Texas Tech University.  He
joined Philadelphia Corporation in 2002 as a Vice President and Financial
Advisor.  Prior to joining Philadelphia Corporation, Jack was Associate Vice
President and Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley.
