      (Nasdaq:CULS), will release its second quarter 2007 results Tuesday, 
      August 14, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time (4:00 p.m. Eastern) and will 
      hold a conference call to discuss its financial results on Wednesday, 
      August 15, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (12:00 noon Eastern). The
