ViewCentral and Centra Announce Tighter Integration, Customer
Deployment
Peregrine Systems(R) Among the First to Leverage ViewCentral Replay Application
with Centra Collaboration Solution for Customer Acquisition
BOSTON, May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- ViewCentral Inc., the leader in Collaboration
Management Solutions, and Centra , a leading provider of specialized
application software and services for online business collaboration, announced
today at the Centra Summit 2004 worldwide user conference an expanded
relationship that includes tighter integration of their respective solutions.
According to the companies, the recently launched ViewCentral Replay
application is now integrated for use with Centra's solution for Customer
Acquisition. ViewCentral vConference and vClassroom solutions for managing live
online events have already been integrated with Centra. A demonstration of the
ViewCentral Replay - Centra solution can be seen at the Westin Copley Place
Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts, May 11 - 14, in a kiosk in Centra's Solution
area.
Centra for Customer Acquisition addresses every aspect of educating prospects
and acquiring new customers. Centra's reliable and effective customer
acquisition solution automates high touch events, extends marketing messages to
prospective buyers and captures sales leads. This solution delivers Webinars
and eConferences, facilitates online product launches, announcements and demos,

By way of this integration, customers can leverage ViewCentral Replay to re-use
content captured in Web conferences enabled by Centra. ViewCentral Replay
provides registration, payment and attendance tracking capabilities for
recorded Web conferences. The combination of these solutions will allow
customers to extend the value of their online events, while also creating a
potentially new revenue stream.
The integrated ViewCentral Replay - Centra solution is expected to be
particularly well received by Sales and Marketing departments, where online
conferences and events are becoming increasingly popular. ViewCentral and
Centra solutions already have a firmly established presence in corporate
training departments.
Peregrine Systems, Inc., a leading provider of asset and service management
solutions based in San Diego, is one of the first companies to deploy the
ViewCentral Replay - Centra solution. Peregrine plans to use ViewCentral
Replay to re-market content from online training events enabled by Centra.
