C2, Inc. Announces Election of Sheldon B. Lubar as Chairman
MILWAUKEE, Oct. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- C2, Inc. announced today that at
its regular meeting of the Board of Directors, Sheldon B. Lubar was elected
Chairman of the Board, replacing David J. Lubar who resigned the position in
order to commit more time to the private equity investment business. David
Lubar will continue to serve as a Director of the Company. The Board expressed
its appreciation for David Lubar's years of service and is pleased that he will
continue to serve as a Board member.
The election of Mr. Sheldon Lubar as Chairman will re-establish his leadership
role as he served as Chairman of the Board of Christiana Companies, Inc., C2's
predecessor, from 1988 to 1999. While he has served as a member of C2's Board
since its founding, his leadership will be more formally established in the
capacity as Chairman of the Board. He has the time and motivation to lead the
business development of C2.

Zero Zone
Zero Zone, headquartered in North Prairie, Wisconsin is a manufacturer of
refrigerated and freezer display cases used in grocery, convenience and drug
store chains for retail merchandising of food, beverage and floral products. In
2002, Zero Zone acquired Zero Zone Refrigeration which manufactures
refrigeration houses and racks to power and control the refrigeration systems,
electrical panels, air conditioning and stand-by power for supermarkets,
