C2, Inc. Announces Appointment of John Buono as Chief Financial Officer
MILWAUKEE, Dec. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- C2, Inc. announced today that
John Buono has been hired to serve as its Chief Financial Officer assuming those
responsibilities from William T. Donovan, President and CEO. Mr. Buono, 40, has
18 years of experience in various financial positions. He served as Director of
Accounting and Assistant Treasurer of Sybron International for 13 years and most
recently as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of
Geomarketing, Inc. in Milwaukee. Prior to his employment at Sybron, Mr. Buono
was a Senior Accountant for Deloitte & Touche.
Commenting on the announcement, William T. Donovan said "John Buono brings
excellent experience to C2 from his prior roles at Sybron International and
Deloitte & Touche. He is an important addition to our management team and his
financial expertise will provide strong support for C2's growth plans in both
further building our operating units, Total Logistic Control and Zero Zone, and
in new acquisitions."
Mr. Buono earned his undergraduate degree in business administration from the
University of Michigan and an MBA from Marquette University. Mr. Buono's
experience includes responsibility for SEC reporting requirements, commercial
banking relations, auditor relations, corporate finance and merger and
acquisition involvements and auditing. Mr. Buono is a Certified Public
Accountant.

Zero Zone, headquartered in North Prairie, Wisconsin is a manufacturer of
refrigerated and freezer display cases used in grocery, convenience and drug
store chains for retail merchandising of food, beverage and floral products. In
2002, Zero Zone acquired Zero Zone Refrigeration which manufactures
refrigeration houses and racks to power and control the refrigeration systems,
electrical panels, air conditioning and stand-by power for supermarkets,
