City Telecom (H.K.) Limited (the “Company”) is furnishing under cover of Form
6-K an announcement dated October 31st 2008 relating to the appointment of Mr.
Cheung Chi Kin, Paul ("Mr. Cheung") as the Vice Chairman of the Company, the
resignation as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company tendered by Mr. Cheung
and the appointment of Mr. Yeung Chu Kwong as an Executive Director and Chief
Executive Officer of the Company all with effect from November 1st 2008.
