CT Communications Sets Earnings Release and Conference Call Dates



CONCORD, N.C., April 26  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CT Communications, Inc.
(NASDAQ:CTCI) will release earnings for the first quarter of 2005 on Tuesday,
May 3, 2005 after the market closes, and will post the release on the Company's
website, http://www.ctc.net/ , in the Investor Relations section.  The Company
has scheduled a conference call for Wednesday, May 4, 2005, at 10:00 AM Eastern
to review and discuss its quarterly results.  Following the earnings release,
additional data to be reviewed and discussed on the Company's conference call
will be made available on the Company's website and on a Form 8-K filing with
the SEC.
