On January 15th Cascade Microtech introduced the new CM300 flexible on-wafer probe system which operates on the new Velox™ prober control software. The system is scalable from semi-automated to fully-automated, and is capable of delivering a wide variety of precise model parameters to enhance process and device development. The new Velox software simplifies wafer loading operation, test automation and measurement system integration. Automated test management capability enables small pad probing down to 30 µm.
