On April 3, 2008, Corel Corporation (the “Company”) announced the resignation of Randall Eisenbach as Executive Vice President of Operations of Corel, effective as of May 1, 2008. There were no disagreements between Mr. Eisenbach and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company has not appointed a replacement Executive Vice President of Operations at this time.
