ITEM 2.02.

RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.

On May 10, 2010, China Information Security Technology, Inc., a Nevada Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2010. A copy of the press release is hereby furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
