(1)	Excludes 113,559 shares previously reported as directly owned which were were transferred to the Gary J. Wojtaszek 2019 Irrevocable Trust, of which the reporting person is the trustee.
(2)	These sales were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on November 14, 2019, as trustee of the Gary J. Wojtaszek 2019 Irrevocable Trust.
(3)	These shares were previously reported as directly owned by the reporting person.
(4)	These sales were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person's spouse on November 14, 2019, as trustee of the Wendy C. Wojtaszek 2018 Irrevocable Trust.
(5)	Includes 64,903 and 2,958 shares, respectively, that the reporting person gifted to the Wendy C. Wojtaszek 2018 Irrevocable Trust on June 28, 2019 and August 29, 2019.
