Industry Veteran and Former CFO of Cognos Joins Lumension Security's Board of Directors

SCOTTSDALE, AZ , Inc., a global leader in security management, today announced the appointment of Donnie Moore, former Chief Financial Officer of Cognos Incorporated (NASDAQ: COGN) (TSX: CSN), to its Board of Directors. In this role, Moore will provide financial and management guidance to Lumension Security as the Company consolidates its suite of unified protection and control products, drives industry-leading growth and broadens its global footprint.

Moore brings with him an enviable track record, having spent the majority of his career at global business intelligence giant Cognos Incorporated where, in his last role as senior vice president of finance and administration, he spent 15 years overseeing the company's financial administration, legal affairs and government relations.

Moore's 30-year career spans the computing and related industries, including the Burroughs Corporation, where he held various staff positions in Detroit, and CFO responsibilities in Toronto and Wellington, New Zealand. As an established industry veteran, Moore's experience is much sought-after and he currently holds directorships of Synchronoss Technologies (Bridgewater, N.J.), a telecommunications transaction management software company and OFI Group (Ottawa, Ontario, Canada), a fiberglass insulation manufacturing company.
