FUZHOU, China, March 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- China Yida Holding Company (Nasdaq: CNYD) ("China Yida" or the "Company"), a leading diversified entertainment enterprise in China, today announced that it will conduct a conference call at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Monday, March 25, 2013, to discuss its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2012.
