On September 7, 2012 , Comverse Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing selected financial information for the for the three months ended July 31, 2012 . A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference in its entirety herein.
