Kendall Law Group Investigates COMSYS IT Partners, Inc. on Behalf of Shareholders

Kendall Law Group, founded by a former federal judge, is investigating the proposed acquisition of COMSYS IT Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: CITP) by Manpower Inc. in a $431 million transaction expected to close mid-March 2010. The investigation concerns whether the consideration to be paid to shareholders in this transaction is unfair and substantially below the fair or inherent value of the company. Manpower announced today that they have entered into an agreement to acquire COMSYS, which has already been approved by board of directors for both companies. According to the agreement, shareholders will receive a value of $17.65 per share of COMSYS stock owned, which represents a 33% premium over the $13.23 closing price on February 1 before the agreement was announced. Shareholders will have the option to accept all cash or a fraction of Manpower stock.
