Vermillion Completes Name Change From Ciphergen Biosystems

FREMONT, Calif., Aug. 27  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vermillion, Inc. today announced that it has completed its previously announced name change from Ciphergen Biosystems, Inc. (NASDAQ:CIPH).  Today at market open, the trading symbol for Vermillion's common stock on the NASDAQ Capital Market will change to VRML.
