Community Investors Bancorp, Inc. Declares Dividend

BUCYRUS, Ohio, Jan. 17  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Community Investors Bancorp, Inc., (Pink Sheets: CIBN), the parent Corporation of First Federal Community Bank of Bucyrus, Ohio, has announced that the Corporation will pay a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share. The dividend will be for stockholders of record on January 24, 2007 and payable on February 9, 2007.

First Federal Community Bank serves Crawford County in North Central Ohio through four offices, three in Bucyrus and one in New Washington. The bank operates a Loan Production Office in Marysville and plans to open a full service banking center in that market in the near future. They are located in Union County in Central Ohio.
