Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 3, 2016, Ansbert Gadicke, M.D. resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Chiasma, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of the close of business on November 3, 2016. The decision by Dr. Gadicke was not a result of any disagreement with the Company or the Board.
