Former United States Securities and Exchange Commission attorney Willie Briscoe and the securities litigation firm of Powers Taylor, LLP are investigating the proposed merger between Community Financial Corp. (“Company” or “CFFC”) (Nasdaq: CFFC) and City Holding Co. for shareholders.
