announced that the Corporation's Board of Directors, at a meeting held
on September 21, 2005, appointed William O. Marsh, President of
Palmetto Chevrolet and W. Cecil Worsley, III, President and Chief
Executive Officer of The Worsley Companies to its Board of Directors.
Messrs. Marsh and Worsley have been appointed to terms expiring in
2006 and 2008, respectively.
