as New Vice President of Global Marketing 


CHICAGO HEIGHTS, Ill., May 27  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Worldwide holographic
and specialty coated film manufacturer, CFC International, Inc. (NASDAQ:CFCI)
announced today that Mr. Matthew Shields has joined the company as Vice
President of Global Marketing.  In this role, Mr. Shields will report directly
to Mr. Greg Jehlik, President and Chief Operating Officer of CFC International,
Inc. and be responsible for the marketing initiatives in both the U.S. and
Europe.  Shields replaces Mr. Mark Lamb, who was recently appointed Vice
President, Business Development -- Holographic Security & Authenticity at the
company.

For the past ten years, Mr. Shields held a number of marketing management
positions with Loparex, Inc., most recently as their Director of Marketing.
Prior to that, he worked as a sales representative at Owens-Corning.  Shields
holds a Bachelors of International Studies from Miami of Ohio University, and
an MBA from the University of Virginia.
