On May 19, 2008, China Direct, Inc. (the "Company") made a presentation at the Brean Murray, Carret & Co. All Cap All China Conference in New York.   A copy of the Company’s presentation materials presented at this conference is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
