Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

          Effective June 21, 2010, the corporate title of Capital Crossing Preferred Corporation was changed to EOS Preferred Corporation (the “Company”). Aurora Bank FSB, the sole common shareholder of the Company, has consented to change the Company’s name to EOS Preferred Corporation. The Company filed an Articles of Amendment with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on June 21, 2010 to change the name of the Company to EOS Preferred Corporation.

          A copy of the Articles of Amendment of the Company is filed herewith as Exhibit 3.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
