On August 15, 2016, The Unite States District Court Central District of California dismissed without prejudice a previously announced class securities action against ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd. ((Case No. 2:15-cv-7952-CAS (RAOx) GUANGYI XU V. CHINACACHE INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LTD., ET AL.)).  The plaintiffs have 30 days until September 14, 2016 to file an amended complaint.
