CLARKS SUMMIT, Pa., Nov 18  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Comm Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:CCBP) today declared a dividend of $0.14 per share for the fourth quarter of 2009. The dividend, is payable January 4, 2010, to shareholders of record December 15, 2009. Year-to-date dividends declared totaled $0.98 per share in 2009 and $1.08 per share in 2008.
