Cellular Biomedicine Group Inc. (NASDAQ:CBMG) (“CBMG” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical firm engaged in the development of effective immunotherapies for cancer and stem cell therapies for degenerative diseases, today announced that the Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017. The meeting will be held at the Company’s office at 19925 Stevens Creek Blvd., Suite 100, Cupertino, California 95014 at 9:00 a.m. PDT. Stockholders of record as of March 10, 2017, the record date for the meeting, are authorized and asked to vote in the manner directed in the proxy materials.
