Jeanswear Honored With Vendor of the Year by JC Penney 


NEW YORK, May 25  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Candie's, Inc.  ("Candie's")
announced today it has entered into a license agreement with Accutime Watch
Corporation for fashion watches and bands under the BONGO label. This is the
sixth BONGO license signed in the past year. Bongo watches will debut for
Spring 2005 and will be distributed at moderate department and specialty
stores.

Neil Cole, CEO, Candie's, stated, "The addition of watches to the BONGO
licensing portfolio is a natural category for the brand. Watches are a key
accessory for our young active consumer, and we are excited about the styles
and selections that will be offered."
