DT Asia Investments Limited Ordinary Shares, Rights and Warrants to Commence Separate Trading on October 22, 2014

DT Asia Investments Limited (Nasdaq:CADTU) ("DT Asia" or the "Company") announced today that holders of the Company's units may elect to separately trade the ordinary shares, rights and warrants included in such units commencing on October 22, 2014.

The ordinary shares, rights and warrants will trade on the NASDAQ Capital Market ("NASDAQ") under the symbols CADT, CADTR and CADTW, respectively. Units not separated will continue to trade on NASDAQ under the symbol CADTU.
