Item 8.01. Other Events.

On February 24, 2010, Broadpoint Gleacher Securities Group, Inc. (the “ Compan y”) and ISM Group Limited (“ ISM ”) agreed to terminate the agreements between the Company and ISM pursuant to which the Company was to acquire ISM and its subsidiaries.
