Broadpoint Gleacher Securities Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: BPSG), today announced the launch of its full-service loan agency group and the closing of its first two loan agency transactions. Joanna Anderson has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President and Head of the group.

Previously, she worked for a turnaround and crisis management firm and prior to that she spent several years at a large financial institution in the Managed Assets Department, working on loan workouts and restructurings.
