Broadpoint Gleacher Announces Relocation of Headquarters; Now Operating under Gleacher & Company Brand

Broadpoint Gleacher Securities Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: BPSG), to be renamed Gleacher & Company, Inc., announced today that it has relocated its corporate headquarters to 1290 Avenue of the Americas in New York, and, in anticipation of its name change, is operating under the brand “Gleacher & Company”.

The new facilities will allow the Company’s various business units to consolidate from three locations in New York to one facility with approximately 75,000 square feet. The Company signed a 15-year lease (subject to extension) and will be located on the Fourth and Fifth Floors of 1290 Avenue of the Americas, located between 51st and 52nd Streets in midtown Manhattan.
