On May 12, 2023, BitNile Metaverse, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a 1-for-30 reverse stock split of its outstanding common stock which will be effective for trading purposes as of the commencement of trading on May 15, 2023. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
