that the trading halt status in Bank United Corp. Litigation Contingent Payment
Rights Trust (NASDAQ:BNKUZ) was changed to "additional information requested"
from the company. Trading in the company had been halted on Friday, October 1,
2004 at 5:45 p.m. Eastern Time for News Dissemination at a last sale price of
