BNC Bancorp Announces Cash Dividend

HIGH POINT, N.C., Jan. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of BNC Bancorp (NASDAQ: BNCN), announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.05 per share. This dividend is payable on February 28, 2014, to shareholders of record as of February 14, 2014.  The $0.05 per share dividend rate is the same as the rate declared in the previous quarters of 2013.
