On February 5, 2009, Bakers Footwear Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing net sales results for the four, thirteen and fifty-two weeks ended January 31, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
