Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On March 18, 2019, Jody Kepler provided notice to BioScrip, Inc. that she will be stepping down as Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer of BioScrip, Inc. to become regulatory counsel of a healthcare company not in the infusion services field. Ms. Kepler is expected to remain in her position until April 12, 2019 to assist with the transition of her duties.
