Freedom Wireless Settlement Agreement Completed, Lawsuits Against bcgi Dismissed

  
    
  
  
    
      bcgi (NASDAQ:BCGI), a leading provider of products and solutions

      offerings and increase market penetration while reducing costs, today 
      announced that the settlement of all patent litigation brought by 
      Freedom Wireless against bcgi has been completed.
    
    
      The claims by Freedom Wireless against bcgi have been 
      dismissed with prejudice. As part of the settlement, bcgi will 
      continue to provide its prepaid wireless service under the terms of a 
      license agreement previously announced on July 21, 2006.
